1. Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable! Multiple revisions or changes to the design may result in delays.
2. Please provide clear photos that accurately represent your pet’s true colors. Inaccurate colors may affect the embroidery results.
3. The design draft includes one free revision. For significant modifications or exceeding the free limit, an additional fee of 160 RMB per revision will be charged.
4. Colored threads may vary due to screen differences; slight variations are normal and cannot be fully avoided.
5. The finalized design draft will be used for embroidery; no further changes will be accepted after the final draft approval.
6. The design draft is created using computer software and may differ from the final embroidery result due to variations in thread thickness, texture, and stitching strength. These differences are unavoidable. If you require precise adjustments, we can provide paid customization services.
7. Adding names costs an additional 10 AUD. Extra decorative elements also cost 10 AUD RMB each. Please provide the content (default text is uppercase).
